Gift Cards are not refundable and must be presented at Burke Williams at the time
service is rendered. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards are not refundable, replaceable
or valid.
Burke Williams is dedicated to providing excellent customer service in a "Beyond the Spa"
environment. In order to achieve this, guests must be 18 years of age. Guests who are 16
and 17 are eligible to receive facial treatments and nail care, only when accompanied by
their parent or legal guardian at least 25 years of age, and excludes spa use.
Due to the popularity and demand for Burke Williams' spa services,
we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
A valid form of identification will be required to receive services at all Burke Williams
locations. Please bring this identification with you on the day of your service.

If you must cancel and have booked:
One to Two Hours of Appointment Time:
Please do so prior to four hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Three to Five Hours of Appointment Time:
Please do so prior to eight hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Group and Parties: Cancellation of services for parties of 5 or more require at least 48
hours advance notice.
